Perish For the products with perishable contents (port and blue/cheddar and the Ploughmans) delivery can only be arranged for the week commencing 15 December.
By Christmas We can despatch all our products to arrive just in time for Christmas. So choose this option and your shopping will delivered in the week commencing 15 December, remember to pick a preferred day of the week or alternative instructions if you can not be there to sign for it e.g leave at number 49!
Cost Whichever delivery option you choose the cost is the same £5 per item per address.
Overseas We can only arrange delivery to mainland uk (exept some outling areas of Scotland). If you would like items delivered to these and other international destinations please call our order line 0845 226 1735 where we can guide you to the products suitable for export and how much it will cost.

Alt. Ordering As well as online you can...
Order by telephone Call 0845 226 1735 Monday to Friday 9.30am until 9pm. An answer phone service is available out of these hours, so leave your name and number and we will call you back. The last day for telephone orders for Christmas 2003 delivery will be Wednesday 10 December.
Order by fax Fill in the order form (copy available to print here) and fax to 0117 989 2638 24 hours a day. The last day for fax orders for Christmas 2003 delivery will be Wednesday 10 December.
Order by post Fill in the order form and post with your cheque or payment details to:

2 Upper York Street, Bristol, BS2 8QN.


Please make cheques payable to Bristol Hampers. We have to allow time for cheques to clear before delivery so the last day we can recieve orders with a cheque for Christmas 2003 delivery is Wednesday 3 December.

Returns If there is a problem or not...
  If a part of your order has been damaged during delivery or is faulty then we will replace the items concerned. Please write to our address above, fax 0117 989 2638 or email us with your order number and the details of the items concerned. We will arrange for the items to be collected and we will then despatch replacements. This does not affect your statutary rights.
  You may cancel your purchase (for any or no reason) by notifying Bristol Hampers in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please state that you wish to cancel your order and either post to, fax or email customer services.

You must then return the goods to Bristol Hampers at your own expense. Please take reasonable care of the goods whilst you have them as if that is not the case Bristol Hampers reserve the right not to accept their return .

Bristol Hampers will then refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the reciept of your notice of cancellation.
