| Order by telephone | Call 0845 226 1735 on Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 5.30pm. An answer phone service is available out of these hours, so you can leave your name and number and we will call you back. The last day for telephone orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 14 December 2007. |
| How can I pay? | You can choose to pay either by cheque
or with any one of the following cards:       Our secure online payment system is powered by WorldPay.  Our site carries the ShopSafe stamp of approval which means we are listed in the Shopsafe directory. They only list secure UK online shops so you can shop on our site with confidence.

| Confirmation | We will send confirmation of your order by e-mail or post within two working days of us receiving it. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within five days to check that we have received your order. |

| What are the delivery options? | Mainland
UK delivery is either included within the price of the hamper or clearly stated when shopping. For deliveries
to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland please call
0845 226 1735 (Mon-Fri 9.30am-6pm) for more information. If you are ordering several hampers to go to the same address, we can sometimes save you money. Please call 0845 226 1735 (Mon-Fri 9.30am-6pm) for more information. Please take care to ensure that you give the full and correct delivery details with the order, including the postcode and, if possible, the telephone number of the recipient. We may have to charge for delivery again if this information is incorrect. |
| Can hampers be delivered outside of the UK? | The delivery cost to other countries very much depends on which hamper you want to send where. Please call our order line on 0845 226 1735 for further information and prices. |
| Can I include a message? | Yes. Please print your message (up to a maximum of 30 words) on the order form. The message will be printed and sent with your hamper. |
| What if the recipient is not in when the hamper arrives? | All deliveries require a signature. Please let us know if there is a neighbour who can sign for the hamper in case the recipient is not in. Alternatively, the courier will leave a card with information about further delivery / collection options. |
| Will the hamper arrive safely?

We take utmost care to ensure that Bristol
Hampers arrive in perfect condition. Glass items are individually wrapped
and the hamper is packed in a strong outer box to protect the contents
during transit. In the unlikely event that any part of your order is damaged
during delivery or is found to be faulty we will happily replace the items
concerned. Please write to our address above or email
us with your order number and the details of the items concerned within
48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the items to be collected and
despatch replacements. This does not affect your statutory rights.

| We have included photographs and lists of all the contents of our hampers in our brochure and on the product description pages of our website and every effort is made to supply them. However, if we have a problem with the supply of any item, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or higher value. | |
| You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days of receiving it and get a full refund. You may cancel by sending a letter, fax or email to Bristol Hampers. You will be responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods and returning them to Bristol Hampers. We will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the reciept of your notice of cancellation. | |
| By law all hampers containing alcohol can only be ordered by people who are aged 18 or over. Please tick the box on the order form to confirm that you are 18 or over. | |
